Fucking Spent
I'm going to keep this brief. I was on my jury duty call from 9:30 AM to 4:45ish PM. We had way too many breaks. They didn't start the selection process until after 2:30. It was absolutely ridiculous. Even the judge apologized for all of the issues and for how long it took us. I wasn't interviewed/questioned and thus I was not picked. Rejoice. I'll at least make my flight Friday without issue.
I'm going to finish the finale for Euphoria and then make dinner and play NEO: TWEWY for the rest of the night. I have to be up earlier than normal for draft day at work tomorrow. Joy.

I really like Billy Idol so when I found out through the Teenage Kicks show that he used to front GenX, I figured it was a better excuse to check them out other than "they're punk". I'm surprised at how clean they sound. It's possible I'm listening to a reissue on Youtube and that's why it doesn't sound raw or like a bunch of Brit punks making noise. It sounds almost like the pop punk and alt of the last 25 years. It's cohesive. It's semi-fast paced. It's strange and not what I was expecting. I still like it though.
