I has a few questions. I was looking at a screen cap from 1.04 and I noticed this strange, round mark on John's right shoulder. Is this a scar? If so, anyone know how he got it?

I love how often I can see this show and still discover something new. During last Sunday's watchalong of S02E05 (the Camberwick Green/sick Sam/kidnapping episode) Sky remarked that Frank Morgan was briefly visible at the end of a flashback. I had never noticed that before! After the watchalong I had another look, and indeed, here he is:
