It's been fooooorever since I posted....
Wow, so I haven't updated this in forever because I have been sans internet for at least 3 maybe 4 weeks. The USB modem I got from sprint seemed to be fucking dead. Then on a desperate whim, tonight I jimmy it into the usb port and now it seems to be working again. Go fucking figure...
Sooooo I got a doggie!!! Her name is Zelda, cause she is a total princess. She is a beautiful chubby 3 year old English Bulldog who was a former show dog, then almost bred to death (3 litters already and her last litter was an INSANE 14 puppies. She is a good dog... I am just working on making her house broken. She needs a lot of training with that. I haven't really pushed it too hard yet as this is only her 9th or 10th day with me...but I will be starting soon.
Let's see..what else. I have been doing shitloads of yoga and cardio at the gym. I have definitely lost a noticeable amount of weight and gained muscle. I am shocked with a little bit of exercise how quickly I shape up now. I am sure being a pretty damn healthy vegan has something to do with it.
Life in the condo is still good. I did lots of cleaning today... I still haven't painted or anything.
I will be in NYC next weekend to see Joe. Then in March I am heading to Miami for the winter music conference again this year. I can't wait. I haven't been going to buzz too often because the attendance was too small so they turned 2 of the 4 rooms into hip-hop areas to increase admission. It just totally kills the vibe. They are all so ghetto and rude as fuck. And I guess part of it is just being older and not needing to go out every damn weekend anymore. **WARNING JADED COMING UP** Also the scene has changed so much. Then again, May will mark 8 years of going to parties for me....almost a decade. I am sure any scene changes drastically in that amount of time.... but a lot of what I used to love about it is gone. But for what it is worth, I am so glad I went when I did. I will still go out from time to time.....just not nearly like I used too.
Ok back to cleaning. Now, I would love, love, love to post pics of my puppy, but I cannot find my fucking digital camera anywhere. I will get some soon I promise. I hope the modem is really working and that it doesn't fuck up again.
