In defense of Grigori Grabovoi and his supporters.

The slanderous campaign against G.P. Grabovoi and his supporters for intimidation of the population uses the methods of substitution of concepts, i.e. replaces the political activity of the party "DRUGG", as if, by the activity of a sect, - it contradicts the basics of the Constitutional system of Russia.
Organizing committee of the political party "DRUGG"
Very often the mass media, using their official position, as an element of the method of action of the information weapon, ignore the registration of the organizing committee of the party "DRUGG" in the Ministry of Justice on March 29, 2005 and the creation of the political party "DRUGG" at the Constituent Congress on March 17, 2006 in accordance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On Political Parties", naming illegally and unreasonably G.P. Grabovoi as the creator of the sect.
According to this Federal Law, after the registration of the organizing committee in the Ministry of Justice, the party is valid for six months from the moment of the Constituent Congress, until re-registration. That is, in accordance with the law the party "DRUGG" (Voluntary Dissemination of the Teachings of Grigori Grabovoi), along with other parties of the Russian Federation, was active during the six-month period - from March 17, 2006 to September 17, 2006. The re-registration of the party "DRUGG" (Voluntary Dissemination of the Teachings of Grigori Grabovoi) was not made because of the illegal and unjustified criminal prosecution of Grigori Grabovoi.
A special element of the information weapon is the distortion of the law on political parties of the Russian Federation, according to which a political party is created at the congress by the delegates of the congress, and each vote has equal value; but many representatives of mass media report that the party was created by one G.P. Grabovoi - this is an illegal interference of mass media representatives in the basis of the constitutional system of the Russian state.
Term "sect" is not contained in the Russian legislation.
According to the decision of the Judicial Chamber for Information Disputes under the President of the Russian Federation No. 4 (138) of February 12, 1998, the term "sect" is not contained in the Russian legislation and has a negative connotation in the public opinion, and therefore the use of this term is not recommended for use by journalists and mass media.
This term is extra-legal and unscientific, carrying also a negative ideological load, as there are no scientific criteria and it is impossible, in principle, to create them.
In the opinion of the Institute of Freedom of Conscience, the use of unlawful and offensive terms in the activities of government agencies, during various public events, and in the media is inadmissible because it incites xenophobia, intolerance, and violence in the multi-confessional Russian society.
Equating political activity with sectarian activity poses a threat to the social and political system of the state and falls under the crime of extremism under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation on political and religious grounds.
Main provisions of the political party "DRUGG"
At the Constituent Congress the Program of the Party was adopted and its governing bodies were established. The official publication in accordance with the law "Main provisions of the political party "DRUGG" (Voluntary Dissemination of the Teachings of Grigori Grabovoi) of the Russian Federation" (the Program of the Party) can be found in the "Rossiyskaya Gazeta" of May 03, 2006, № 92(4058), on page 23:
1. All for the sake of man. All forces of the state and society to ensure eternal happy life of man. If it is necessary to restructure the state, political and economic systems for the sake of any one, separately taken person, to ensure his eternal life - it will be necessary to do it.
2. Affirmation of the eternity of life. Adoption of the law on prohibition of death. Introduction of technologies for realization of the law. Universal resurrection. Achieving the absence of death in certain regions and in the general.
3. Constitutive generalized distribution. Up to 10 percent of the growth of the country's total gross product is distributed evenly among all individuals while preserving all other existing social systems. This will improve the ecology of Russia and allow the growth rate of the entire gross product to increase.
4. Unification by divine law. Unification of church and state based on a referendum to implement the law of "no murder".
5. Granting the right to labor. Creation of science-intensive technologies to ensure permanent workplaces.
6. Ensuring social justice. Deprivatization considering the labor of owners. Ensuring the security of earned capital.
7. Guarantees of absence of repressions. Analysis of repressive events of history. Adoption of laws that do not allow repression for political and social activities. Full rehabilitation of the repressed.
8. Universal dissemination of knowledge. Voluntary dissemination of the Teachings of Grigori Grabovoi. Dissemination of the received knowledge about eternal creative development on a universal scale.
9. Safety of the whole world. Withdrawal of nuclear, chemical, bacteriological and any other weapons of mass destruction into the orbit of the planet, with the condition of restructuring of weapons in case of signs of orientation towards the Earth.
10. Unification of the countries of the world. Unification of the countries of the world for the neutralization of any weapons and removal of the reasons for the use of weapons.
Slander about former members of the party "DRUGG".
The use of information that the political party "DRUGG" exists at present, and the activity of supporters of G.P. Grabovoi, former members of the party "DRUGG" (Voluntary Dissemination of the Teachings of Grigori Grabovoi) is the activity of a sect (for example, "... it is necessary to deal with this sect..."), is slander and violates the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the legislation on political activity in Russia.
Newspaper editors and journalists use substitution of notions about branches: after the official registration of the organizing committee in the Ministry of Justice, the political party "DRUGG" (Voluntary Dissemination of the Teachings of Grigori Grabovoi) really opened branches of the party's organizing committee in the regions of our country. The information that "Grabovoi has created a sect... and organized a network of branches..." - is a slander.
On March 17, 2006 at the Constituent Congress of the political party "DRUGG" (Voluntary Dissemination of the Teachings of Grigori Grabovoi) there were 300 delegates from 73 regions of Russia.
Technological methods of information terrorism.
The repetition of short phrases and whole paragraphs in different articles about, as if, the affiliation of supporters of Grigori Grabovoi to the sect speaks of a well-organized slander campaign against G.P. Grabovoi.
By this technological technique of information terrorism, as if, the appearance of obviousness is fixed, which does not depend on time and place.
The reference to the data of the prosecutor's office without specifying the concrete source of information is an easy way of using the conscience weapon that strikes the consciousness of the population: i.e. as if the reader should not double-check the information, he should not even have doubts in its authenticity due to the well-known, as if, authority of the reference to the invented source.
Newspaper editorial offices and unscrupulous journalists who fulfill a political order mislead their readers by not providing a reference to the source of information, but only by creating the appearance of reliability.
By virtue of Article 51 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Mass Media" it is prohibited to use the rights of journalists established by this Law for the purpose of concealing or falsifying socially significant information, spreading rumors under the guise of reliable reports.
It is impossible to hide the creative and humanistic meaning of the Teachings of Grigori Grabovoi, formulated in the Program of the political party "DRUGG".
Contrary to the above-mentioned known facts, the mass media regularly slander that the activities of the supporters of G.P. Grabovoi and former members of the party "DRUGG" (Voluntary Dissemination of the Teachings of Grigori Grabovoi) are the activities of a sect. The mass media still ignore the substantial side of the Teachings of Grigori Grabovoi and gloss over the creative and humanistic meaning of the Teachings, briefly formulated in the theses of the Program of the political party "DRUGG" (Voluntary Dissemination of the Teachings of Grigori Grabovoi).
