On July 7, 2008, the Tagansky District Court of Moscow passed a guilty verdict on Academician Grabovoi. The prosecutor requested 11 years and the court satisfied his request.
On October 15, 2008 the guilty verdict was changed, and by the cassation ruling of the Moscow City Court the sentence was 8 years of imprisonment in a colony of general regime.
The resolution of the Berezniki City Court of April 28, 2010 on parole release of G.P. Grabovoi came into legal force by the Determination of the Perm Territorial Court on May 20, 2010. Grigori Grabovoi is released. Rehabilitation of his honest name is ahead.

It is known that until 2004 all the activities of Academician G.P. Grabovoi were necessary for society, state structures, ordinary citizens and foreign countries - and were demanded by them. Moreover, numerous merits of Academician G.P. Grabovoi in various spheres of activity - scientific, counter-terrorist, political, educational, social, religious - were widely recognized: he was awarded numerous honorary titles, honors and awards not only in Russia, but also in a number of foreign countries, including those for prevention of catastrophes of world scale.

"Modern scientists developing breakthrough, literally human-saving ideas have to face the same dramas as their predecessors. Until now, humanity has been able to analyze the meaning of great watersheds only after they have been left behind.

I was engaged in a journalistic investigation of the criminal case of Grabovoi's "fraud", during which I was able to meet with many participants of this process. The collected material convinces me that the information spread by some mass media, to put it mildly, does not correspond to reality. Moreover, according to the lawyers, not a single proof of guilt has not been presented yet. But there are facts of forgery and false denunciations, concealment and falsification of evidence, abuse of power, exerting pressure on witnesses and the defendant. In the course of the case, we observed unprecedented cases of violation of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of citizens.
For me, the journalistic investigation of Grabovoi's "fraud" became a kind of catalyst and another reason to think about the world and society in which we live, about what limits our way of life, what does not allow us to fully realize all our possibilities, our dreams and hopes. All these are echoes of our recent past, when any form of spirituality was banished from the modern scientific worldview".
Lawyer Tokarev E.V.:
"I had the impression that the judges were given carte blanche to take any action against Grabovoi, they went (applied) to all violations of procedural and other norms of law. They were not afraid of anything and were not ashamed, behaved as they pleased, supported the representatives of the state prosecution in everything, despite the equality of rights of the parties and the adversarial nature of the process. The trial itself was artificially prolonged.
Vladimir Stepanov, legal expert:
"Grigori Grabovoi is being persecuted for political reasons, and there can be no other here. All circumstances of the criminal case are far-fetched, there are no signs of offenses in the case, moreover, there are no crimes there.
Today the socio-political situation in Russia is such that everyone who decides to participate in political processes has great friction with the authorities and with certain officials in the law enforcement system. Today the authorities do not need Grabovoi's ideas, because his statements are purely social and speak about how to improve the life of people, improve the life of society, improve the life on the whole planet. At the same time he also talks about revision of the results of privatization.
Naturally, this does not suit the shadow structures, and as a result there is such a powerful persecution of a person, a far-fetched fabrication of a criminal case by the prosecutor's office in the case of the terrorist attack in Beslan (resurrection of children killed as a result of the terrorist attack), which led to his illegal imprisonment and conviction.
At the same time, it is obvious that the case was initiated, but not at the place where the crime was committed; residents and mothers of Beslan unanimously say that Grabovoi did not participate in what he is accused of, and nobody gave him money. These circumstances once again confirm the orderly nature of the prosecution.
What to do? - The forces of CONSTRUCTIVENESS are needed.
That is why the movement of Grigori Grabovoi's Teachings is very important.
Some people carry destructive energy, others carry creative energy. Some can blow up houses in Moscow, a school in Beslan, and others can paste anti-terrorist leaflets so that these explosions never happen, and the perpetrators are deservedly punished for the death of innocent people.
Grigori Grabovoi is a scientist, an academician. He has scientific developments of technological and spiritual nature. <…> In Russia, paradoxically, his scientific technologies are one of the circumstances of his persecution".

- "... all this cynical and absurd campaign to discredit me, unleashed by the media together with law enforcement agencies, opens a veil over the origins of destructive reforms, the inevitable consequence of which is the undermining of the foundations of Christianity, manipulation of the consciousness of individuals and total control over society in general, as well as the elimination of any leader who would dare to take the path of global transformation."
Susanna Dudieva, leader of the "Mothers of Beslan Committee" ("Kommersant" newspaper, July 08, 2008, № 116, article "Healing and Punishment"):
"All these persecutions against Grabovoi are a customized farce and a game, which once again proves what kind of justice we have... I think that someone just needed to connect Grabovoi's activities with the Beslan terrorist attack."
Conclusion
The collective of researchers of Russia and Ukraine under the direction of the scientific expert on political-legal questions Perets V.I. on the basis of petitions of public organizations of Russia, Germany, USA, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and other states in January-April 2008 conducted several scientific political-legal examinations.
The result of this work was the conclusion that the criminal case against G.P. Grabovoi was ordered. It is obvious that the criminal prosecution is carried out for creation and distribution by him of Author's technologies for prevention of catastrophes, prohibition of death and universal eternal harmonious development, for counter-terrorist activity, accurate counter-terrorist forecasts, for Christianity, for political activity, for intention to realize his constitutional right to elect and be elected. The opinion of the progressive-minded public is unambiguous: Grigori Petrovich Grabovoi should be acquitted and fully rehabilitated.
