The mechanism of the sequence of actions
THE FIRST STEP is macro regulation.
THE SECOND ACTION is already a private task, a personal task of the controller (including work on the tasks of the hall, for example). This is the parallel level.

Using Color to Control. The plate (plane), which is closer to the physical body, is the area of private tasks. It can be a sheet of invocation [i.e., text], but the letters must not be visible. TECHNOLOGY
The principle is quite simple. Two endless as if plates are taken, which are in front of the person.
The distant plate is assigned, for example, in silver-white. You cannot imagine this plate as infinite, but you can consider a piece (fragment) in perception and just spiritually know that it is infinite. This is the principle of replacing optical knowledge with spiritual knowledge.
The more distant silver-white plate is the plate corresponding to the area of the Teaching of Grigori Grabovoi on preventing a possible global catastrophe.
And the closer plate is the area of personal tasks.

Our tasks are written and repeated many times. Imagine that they are on a paper sheet. Then the information of the sheet with the tasks to save the planet is embedded in the color of the approximate plate: this is exactly the color of the event that needs to be implemented.
We don't work on letters in color, because all the information is embedded in the color of the plate, which is closer to the physical body.
The principle itself is that we send an impulse to the first plate, to the task, and then, by an effort of will, we begin to build a trajectory between the plates - the beam is reflected from one plate to another, it, as if, has some kind of constantly reflecting system.
Information of energy simply moves from one plate to another.
The principle of the control is to create many mutual reflections inside. There must be such a number of transmissions of signals between these two plates that the effect, as if, of connection, compression, of two plates begins, and the distance between the two plates would be minimal.

The control effect is to give a large number of mutual reflections of the two planes; in this case, the element of control is that you start tracking (monitoring) the movement of the beam from the point that goes closer to your heart, on the left side, and the movement of the beam starts from the plate that is closer to you, that is, from the goal of control.
REDUCTION OF SOCIAL TENSION
If you need to do something in such a way that social tension in a certain region decreases - for example, you saw something on TV - you need to work with color, using some form of vertical plates.
By this method, you can cover fairly global events.

- select a point on the plate closer to you;
- start moving the beam slowly at first;

- then the process increases: the next action from that point and from another;
- then the independent reflection of the beam begins: the beam begins, as if, to develop autonomously;
- a certain self-organization is created;
- further you move away from these two plates by perception;
- you get exactly the effect, as if, of mutual aspiration.
