Fun Times
On the whole yesterday sucked. It started with me cleaning cat puke off of the carpet, of course. I don't know if it's in their DNA to only get sick on hard-to-clean surfaces when I'm the only one around to clean it, but... I feel like there's something spiteful in barfing a good five or six inches from the linoleum floor.
After that was done, I started to work on part 5 of 20 Moments of a life Never Lived. And that's making me a little sad. I've noticed that I got less response on part 4 than the other three parts, but I have a feeling that has to do with the length, the dark subject matter in the latest chapter, as well as the time it took me to post the latest section. Which sucks, but there's nothing I can do about it now. So I started on the last section I guess to take my mind off the response to the last chapter. But this is a truly depressing section, focused on the scene in "Joy" where Cuddy's holding the baby's hand and crying. Needless to say, the writing for that has pushed all sorts of emotional buttons in me. After about 400 words, I had to walk away, because I was too upset to continue/getting the distinct impression that that wasn't funneling itself down into a good product. D:
Anywho... I've decided to cheer myself up with some memes. :-)

B). I don't remember where I saw this meme, and I can't find the original text. So I'm doing this from memory. Comment to this entry and list 3-5 fanfic ideas that you think I would never write. I will choose one of the ideas and attempt to write it. I don't really have any limitations on this. I'll do slash, smut, bizarre historical AUs, RPF, etc. My only caveat is that obviously the ideas have to come from a fandom that I'm aware of, such as (in no particular order), Alias, The Border, CSI, CSI: Miami, Desire: Table for Three, House, Mad Men, Passions, Tin Man, Pushing Daisies, West Wing, Studio 60, Harry Potter, South Park, Melrose Place, 90210 (both versions), Gossip Girl, and Sports Night.
Yeah... I have no taste. I'm aware. My favorite movie of 2008 was probably Zombie Strippers!, so... I know. :o)
