Vampire Hunter!AU
One night on a stake out, Murphy chases a suspect down a dark alley and right into a gang of vampires. It's a trap and through Murphy knows how to fight she stands no chance against them. The vampires overpower her and start sucking on her neck. She's going to die until teenage girl comes to her rescue and saves her life.

Yet, it may be too late. Murphy's been infected and she'll turn slowly turn into a vampire herself if Bree doesn't find help. The only place she can think to turn her is estranged father, House, who once tried to cure the vampire virus but failed.

Father and daughter have a chance to reconnect if they can keep Murphy from dying and then coming back from the dead.

Victorian!TimeThe widowed Dr. Gregory House can't keep any help in his house. His surly attitude and terrible manners drive them all away. Yet, he needs someone to care for the house because of his damaged leg and care for his daughter, Aubrey

In a world of magic and technology, elemental crystals are used in combination with computers and machines to do everything from create floating cities to heal the wounded. Yet, there are a few people who have no response or any ability to use these crystals and magic. Called the Null, they're considered less than magic users.

Murphy is a Null, unable to use any magic or crystals. She is found standing over the body of her husband and her daughter has gone missing. Everyone believes she's responsible, except for Detective Lassiter who has seen the crime scene before where someone tried to use the soul of an innocent child to create a pure, amazingly powerful Celestial Crystal.

Lassiter could lose his job trying to protect a Null, but he refuses to let an innocent person go to jail. His superiors however aren't willing to take the political hit protecting a Null. So, Lassiter breaks Murphy out of jail and now both are on the run trying to find the real murderer and save Murphy's daughter.

Werewolf!AU
Murphy is a normal every day cop in the Special Investigations unit. One day, she's assigned a case. Looks like a werewolf has mauled another innocent person. Relations between humans and werewolves aren't very good. There's a tentative peace but war could happen if the wrong thing is said or one side steps over the line.

Leader of the largest pack in Chicago, Justine DuMorne is a highly respected figure and though he preaches about human and werewolves getting along, underneath it he just wants to rule over humans. Murphy suspects one of his pack is responsible, and when another body shows up Chicago's on the edge of starting that war.

Murphy has to prove that Justin is responsible, expose his plans before things explode and the only person that can help her do that is Justin's estranged adopted son, Harry Dresden. A lone werewolf is a dangerous thing, but Murphy's not going to let her city go to the dogs.

I'm just especially amused because Justin has a werewolf plot coming up in one of my AU's. *facepalm* I might have to do this meme too.

Everyone things the feared pirate captain of the Golden Fury is Black Joe, an escaped slave from Haiti. The truth is, little Goldie Girl, the "second mate" rules the ship with an iron fist.

While on the open sea near the Caribbean, the Golden Fury captures a passenger vessel from England. The ship's captain, Joseph Murphy, is captured as well and held for ransom. No one will pay the ransom, so his daughter dresses herself as a man and goes to join the crew of the Golden Fury to rescue him.

Superhero!AU
Gotham has no heroes. The Clown Prince of Crime has made anarchy King and murder Queen. No one has seen Batman in years and everything is falling apart.

Until a mysterious hero appears to change it all. No one knows Rachel Dawes survived the explosion. She died, but was reborn with gifts she didn't know she had. She is able to become shadows and manipulate them, make them solid. So when she awoke and discovered her gift she did as Batman had done and gone to train.

Now under control of her powers, she's returned to Gotham as Nightingale to fight crime and bring back the city. Commissioner Gordon orders Murphy to investigate the new vigilante. In a face off, Murphy recognizes Rachel and now the two work together, much like Batman and Gordon once did, to save their city.
