No debauchery tonight
I'm not quite sure why I made my last entry friends only... oh well...
Picked up my check from the opening of the show. My artist made nearly a thou and I get a com. of course, but I was so overjoyed that I set the whole thing up for her and everything ran according to plan etc., that I didn't think about the money at all. But the money is nice all the same...
She has an appt. on Madison Ave for an NYC gallery this Thurs. - I am so happy for her. If this works out then I can visit my brother who lives only 8 blocks away from her...
They invited me to dinner tonight and I also got the low down for some mediums I am working with. The lady I rep. is also a teacher and I get some free advice :D
There's a couple of people who owe me favors after I helped them out and usually I only bank up on it with advice and networking... dinner/ home cooked meal is always nice as it was tonight...
Am I looking forward to the Wolf debut I'm invited to go to... hmm... I think I'd like to check out Media ... someplace I have not been to yet... a little adventure can go a long way. I joined MySpace as well... there's a couple ppl on there I know at least... I'm not sure if I liked joining it or not.
