As I put it off and off and off and off, someone took care of it for me and got me the web cam. Oiy Vey - watch out world - literally!
A belated box of various birthday gifts arrived at my humble abode - my favorite: older books, a jack in the box antenna head (which would be great for PA) but my car lacks an antenna :( Oh - a most glorious mermaid goblet!!!! I Heart it!!!
So I was all silly last night on cam with a show of my very sharp objects I collect... then making funny faces... then putting on my Velma wig... -
This is cool - now my Dad is spurned on to buy one and my bro so we can do the family conference thing... I adore my family - the dynamics etc.> I think it will fill a void that's only been getting bigger - I miss my family terribly... they are my favorite company and I love them dearly... and when you begin to know life, you begin to know how lucky you are to have such a family - oh trust me, there have been some massively wrong things that went on, but on a whole, my family rocks!
Great Grandma is dying - my Dad says she won't last the month I spoke with her briefly today as my mom coordinated the call as she is visiting her now... she's always one of those people - so positive... so loving... wants to make you something to eat... and on the phone she tried so hard and I could tell she was starting to get disoriented... my mom took the phone and we said goodbye... I was tearing up in the car wondering if that's the last time I would hear her voice... just called my twin to put in a call... the sweet and lovely women on my Mom's side astound me... it exists on my Dad's side as well, but not like My Mom and 2 generations ahead... something boundless and enveloping... a Mother's love... a womans love... I see it when I look at my best friend and her baby girl... that smile that is just for her Mother and the smile that is constantly hovering over her Mom's... that sweetness is so very humbling.
Well, on that note I must *mother this Lenape project... oh boy, lots of work to do...

I know I know... I should be on a date... but I'm dating my talents right now and discipline is half the battle...
Being 30 with female hormones is REALLY testing my discipline however!
