Distilling
Thinking about growing more mint and Plumeria has got me thinking about steam extracting essential oils.
While poking around for more info in it I found a site (www.essentialoil.com) that sells old style stills for oil extraction. They are insanely overpriced, but the do have some wonderful looking mini stills. They are more decoration than practical but still really cool.
This one of for distilling wine, but I think it just looks cool:
I found another site (www.home-distilling.com/default.asp) which sell nice alcohol stills. And much more reasonably priced. But I don't know which ones will work for flowers.
Well all of this is a moot point for now. I need to actual clean out my workshop and get it usable before I can start looking at new stuff to put into it.
