Originally uploaded by licensed2hench. This is the enclosure I built for my CNC machine. Hopefully this will help cut down on the noise.
I still need to add (acrylic) doors and do something about the top. More acrylic? or maybe add lights? I also need to drill holes for the cables to feed through.
I manged to build this in about 4 hours. It was VERY satisfying to be able to do that. :) In part because my skills have increases but mostly because I was able to find my tools and had a clear space to work in. *even bigger grin*
