What a difference a hour makes!
Suddenly I still have tones of light left when I get home, giving me the urge to putter again! *grin* So time to get back on track and resume cleaning and organizing.
Who knows? If I can really get into the grove I might have time this year to work on some new Halloween props! Maybe even make a coffin or 2! (It only has been on my list of to do's for 10 years now.)
I need to keep e-poding and use the weight machine. It has been blocked by stuff sense Halloween. My first priority will be to clear it off.
Then I want to get my object printer up and running. I have started playing in the "Dark Side of the Moon" oWoD Werewolf LARP so I have an excuse to make some kind of props. I can use the werewolf font to make up some quick test objects to print.
I have hit upon a new gaming reference book format that I really like. Using 4x6 index cards in a small photo album book, with info on each of my characters powers. It works great! I made up ones for everyone in our pack.
Poe got a great printer from work. It is a nice laser printer that does double sided printing. It was all screwed up but it turned out it just needed a new toner module.
It prints nicely in the index cards as well (though not 2 sided.) We used it to print out the Glasswalker Tribe book (2 sided) in 10 min. :)
(You can purchase all the old white wolf books as PDFs on-line)
Though I would like to get my own spiral binding set up. It is not that big of a deal to take it to Staples or Kinko to have it done. But it would be nice to have the capacity in-house. I would also LOVE to have a printer that can do 11x17 for prop book making.
