I wanted to make sure to thank Mr. Japan for his lovely impromptu gift! I'm not entirely certain what to call it exactly, but it's very helpful around my apartment, and it's very nice to have something to keep me company.

Does anyone know how to tell if it's male or female? I mean, can you ask it those sorts of things, or would that be rude?
