So, after clearing most of the dirty dishes from the sink, e-mailing off my application to LMU (*crossing fingers*), and finishing the last chapter of "Wintersmith", I finally managed to sit down and get a bit of work done on the LoJ gown. Not a whole lot, mind you, but I'm hoping that will change somewhat by tonight. I stitched together all the pieces for the bodice and bodice lining, and now I'm trying to decide on a boning diagram. Once I get that done, I'm going to put in an order at Farthingales. I'm also waffling back and forth about whether or not to buy this trim:

In a perfect world, I'll make enough progress on the bodice this weekend that I can bring some hand-sewing along to work on while I take my car to get an oil change.
