1. Hug someone (preferably someone you know and who will hug you back....hugging strangers can get you arrested).
2. Drink your tea from the good china
(not mine, wish it was)
3. Eat something delicious and don't feel guilty if it's the chocolatiest thing ever.
4. Buy (or even better - pick) some lovely flowers
5. Change your bed linen, gives you something to look forward to later...ahhh the freshly made bed.
