There is going to be a Dead Like Me movie! Direct to DVD, I am told... and there is no Mandy Patinkin (which I think is a total crock) and so no Rube.

Very, very, VERY exciting. I have also heard told that if the film does well enough, they will either make more of them... or possibly even pick the series up again.

Today, there was a group of folks getting a tour of the place at work. Its a small shop, so even as absorbed as I was in my work and listening to my NPR podcasts as I was, its hard not to notice when a group of about eight people are getting a tour of the place. When I got home from work yesterday, there was a bill from Huntington Hospital on the kitchen table, with Max's name on it. It was a big bill. A dozen line item services at least, if not more.
