Come Full Circle
I was walking out to the parking lot today, and stopped to talk to one of the JT girls who was also on her way to her car. I was working on the ice show today, so I was in my tech blacks. She said she didn't recognize me, since I was wearing all black.
Only a few years ago, people didn't recognize me when I was wearing COLOR, all black having been my uniform for years.
How life changes.
(I have been getting a lot of comments and confusion from people who have lately seen me out and about in my tech blacks. Because its not just that its all black, but that my shirt is embroidered with the Knott's logo, so it is officially a uniform. Which we usually don't have to wear over in Wardrobe, so it is confusing people. But everyone who works in the theater wears the tech uniform, so I figured I should too. Even if I am only there for 8 days.)
