Don’t buy that lotto ticket for the $230 million Powerball drawing tomorrow since all you will be doing is contributing to my jackpot. If you do purchase a ticket, I thank you in advance.
That DC hotel where Elliot Spitzer did the nasty with someone other than his wife? Is where I took the LSAT! (in 1994!)
I was in front of Ted Kennedy today on the drive in to work. He was in the front passenger seat of an SUV with Massachusetts tags, reading the paper and then chatting on his cell phone.... What? We were stopped at a red light, I wasn’t paying more attention to my rearview mirror than to where I was going. Geez, Dad.
I am sewing the cutest, spring-iest skirt with some really awesome Betsy Johnson fabric in my sewing class. I have almost finished putting in my very first zipper ever! My most fervent desire (aside from winning the Powerball tomorrow) is that I will wear skirts all spring and summer long and no one will be able to tell I made them from scratch! I want to look cute for Adoraboy.
And here’s the sad news... My transfer - which is happening only three short days from now! Halleluiah! - is into Adoraboy’s group... so it would be totally inappropriate for anything to actually happen... since we’ll be working together. Sooooo my strategy has to be stretched out a bit. I’ll continue to make a scintillating impression as a smart, cute and tons-o’-fun chica with whom he has much in common, so whenever I decide to leave my agency he will be so overcome with the anxiety of not seeing me anymore that he will have to ask me out. Clever and not at all clichéd, y/y?
And it’ll work, too! Unless I win Powerball and quit my job... which I will, so... hrrmmm....
