hye, glad to see someone posting. out of curiosity, are you affiliated with a particular denomination?

Sure am...I'm a pastor of an United Church of Christ church, one particularly focused on social gospel, "open and affirming"...in a very much 'straight' cultured working class suburb...a pretty unusual set of circumstances in my experience. It's been somewhat of a surreal 'gig'...you?

i am a member of MCC Tampa. its been kind of a strange road since i dont identify as gay (but tend to come off that way to others). but bottom line is, ive found a church home and formed relationships that i am so so grateful for.

if you dont mind sharing with me where you went to seminary, id love to know. my pastor went to PSR in Berkeley, CA and of course thinks i should go there, but im really not so sure i want to be in CA. im really not even sure i will go to seminary, but i definitely have the desire. just still working out if i have a call to ministry.
