I wrote this song on Wednesday morning, starting while in the shower, washing my hair before braiding it up in two french pigtails. The tune is vaguely based on the middle-eastern folksong I know as Mana-Vu. I worked it out in one of my notebooks and wrote it out longhand on an orange sheet of paper I had with me. My Drs appointment at the end of May has been cancelled. They will send me a new one, according to the message I got, but I find myself feeling very disappointed/unhappy about it. Sore throat yesterday, ants on my keyboard at work
today. Bleargh.

On the other hand, I got some housework done while
noodling about in robe and slippers, and perhaps
I will make (some) ants Minions of the Evil One in
the Qui-Hedgie tales....
