How is it nearly half-way through December!? Eeeeeeeeee!
Principle Yuletide story is at Beta, and I am pretty happy with it. I hope/expect to be posting it later today. There are also many-several yule-bunnies attacking my ankles, but I am Not Allowed to even think about them too hard until I finish
The HLH_Shortcuts story. Aaaaaaahhhhhhhrrrrrrgggggghhhhhhhh. Many words. Not done. The bloody thing is a fractal, wanting to expand out in all kinds of detail with every part I focus on. I think I am, slowly, making progress though. Still, this makes the third year in a row that the story has gotten away from me. On the other hand, there are one or two Back-up Plan tales .... But I am going to finish this. I will. I will.
Eggnog count: 2 batches so far, another to be made today or tomorrow. It went over very well - as always - at the Hrafnheim gather. All the food was exeptionally nom-worthy. So glad I went.
