Wheeee!
Well, I signed up for Yuletide. Gleeeep. Two holiday fic things.... I was careful to A) ask for things I would really like, and B) offer things I think I can really write. Now to just cross my fingers and hope for the assignments.
In other news, I finally got one of the cassette mix tapes I've been wanting to listen to on the ipod converted (Involving a several-hour session with Audacity to recreate one specific song-edit. Which is why it hasn't been done before now.) The Three Sisters now exists in a digital version! jblum and kateorman I have a burned disk of the (nearly) whole Time's Champion tape for you :-).
Finished a poem I started more than a year ago -- I'll post that separately.
I've got about 600 words of a HL_Flash Technology challenge fic written -- now to finish it before the end of Sunday. I know where it's going, and need to find the cycles to just sit down and finish it. It will end up as an HL_50 fic to, but that will be after I get it beta'd. Anyone here willing to look at a Highlander ficlet that involves archery for the archery tech bits?
Another question for any of the Highlander fen reading -- do any of you have copies of the Queen of Swords episodes 18 and 19? Those are the only ones I'm missing, and of course one of them is a Dr Helm-PW ep. :-/ One of these days I'm going to do a post of what all I have and what I'm looking for of Peter Wingfield's roles.
In the autumn spirit, today was actually autumnal! A different scent in the air, and generally cooler, finally. Very pretty clouds as well.
