[Jerky Review] Fesperman's Beef Jerky - Peppered Flavor

No, you didn't miss any of these. I did the smart thing after my family had asked for some of my beef jerky a whole two times. I moved the basket out of sight so they'd stop pestering me constantly. That had the unfortunate effect of keeping it out of my sight as well. Anyways, I'm back to the reviews!

Fesperman's Beef Jerky - Peppered Flavor

Description: Large pieces of beef jerky cut to be about two or three bites in size, with visible white chunks of pepper on it. Same as their other batch.

Scores:
Tenderness: 4 out of 5. It is a bit tougher than some previous jerky, but if you try, it will break in half just fine. I like it, which is why it gets the benefit of the doubt on this score but also because it's sat longer than previous beef jerky.
Flavor: 4 out of 5. We've already established my feelings on pepper, and I've lost friends over it. This is a high quality pepper flavor, though. More 'spicy hot pepper' than black pepper, but there's definitely the taste of both.
Overall: 4 out of 5. A point less than the original flavor, and that's because of my lack of friends the pepper.
