ohh dear. i know exactly how you feel. Unfortunately, we have to love our mothers. That's just the way things are. I'm sorry that you're not getting along with yours. I agree. They are some of the hardest people to get along with in the world. They seem to be as cold as statues, and so set in their ways. They just ruin everything don't they? I agree.
And some of derek's "perhaps'" MAY help you. However, some of them i understand how you can't do them. I know how you feel my dear, and anytime you just need a hug, or you need to vent, or a shoulder to cry on. I'm here for you. I don't need an explanation. that's what i'm good for right? lol, the heart over mind deal right. I'm just here for you, all the time babe. whatever you need. lemme know what i can do.
But for now, just try not to let you mom get to you. i know how hard it is. Unfortunately, Stubborn women have stubborn babies... and those stubborn babies grow into just as stubborn teenagers. *sigh* tell me about it, i go through the whole butting head thing with my mother EVERYDAY. awwww thanks sweets. i know that i should listen to the "perhaps" but some seem so impossible... like praying with my mom. neither of us would feel comfortable, and it would end up with both of us screaming at god. so i don't know where to start. it's really hard.
I know what you mean with us turning INTO our mom kinda things---- REALLYYYYY scary. like.... *eek* scary. i don't want my kid to hate me as much as i dislike my mom.
