I'm sitting here watching one of my favorite programs, Sunrise Earth. It is such a sereneishow and wonderful to meditate with. This morning's sunrise comes to me via Alaska and is in the Katmai National Park, watching the sunrise and hearing the waves from the ocean is wonderful to write by as well.
