Training log: Wednesday, 10/7/09

2 mile walk home (as usual). 30 minutes run/walk, 20/40 ratio [ETA: about 1.8 miles, according to the Gmaps pedometer]. Felt energized and exhilarated afterward, as well as slightly more tired than yesterday (a good thing). Still felt like I could have easily kept going for a while.

Feeling good.
