Why Isn't Zoe on DVD Yet?

While I was purging my hard drive this morning and putting stuff on CD, (all my Smallville Clexvids and such,) I came across the Zoe episodes that I downloaded from Rosenbaum City.  I watched a few later that morning and honestly, even though Selma Blair can't act for shit, (she has one facial expression, which is somewhere between bemused indifference and a reaction to a strong painkiller,) Michael is hilarious as Jack Cooper.  He makes the series watchable, as I'm not real fond of the guy who played Duncan either, although Azura Skye is all right.  I think the series improved when they got to college and were on their own, and added Omar Gooding to the cast.  Now he was funny!

I really, really wish they'd release this show on DVD.  Maybe the execs at Buena Vista think it wouldn't be worth it, since it only lasted like a year and a half and had a pretty miserable run, but come on, a lot worse shows than this have been put onto DVD, and have sold well! I bet since Michael has since been very successful in movies and on Smallville that his fans would snap it up with no hesitation.  I know I'd buy it! The episode where Jack gets his hair stuck in the safe is worth the 25-30 bucks they could charge for the whole series.  (Those of you who know what I'm talking about . . . just so you know, I'm going to hell because that scene, for some weird reason, just arouses me. *facepalm*)

So come on, Buena Vista, put this show out so I don't have to watch it on my puny iPod screen!

One of my favorite Jack exchanges with Zoe, on a subway:

Jack: Zoe . . . is your hand in my back pocket?

Zoe: Let me check.  *Holds up hands* Managing to control myself!

Jack: Someone has their hand in my back pocket!

Zoe: Are they trying to steal your wallet?

Jack: No, I always keep that in my front pocket! *Eyes widen, soft yelping sound* Someone definetly has their hand in my back pocket!

Zoe: Do you want me to do anything?

Jack: No . . . no, I'm good!

*Dies* Comedy, thy name is Michael.
