Glee Season 1: Mission dutifuly accomplished!
I have lots of complaints about the character treatment and development, the random and messy plot twists and the incoherency of the episode sequence. And where is the promised West Side Story number? Must we really wait until Nationals?
HOWEVER.
Emma got his trophy. Yeah, yeah, so did the kids. But EMMA GOT HER FUCKING TROPHY FOR BEING THE AWESOMEST OF THE LOT. Thanks, kids, for the eye-opening final song. Good one, good one.
And all the stupid, stupid pregnancy lies are over, thanksthescreenwriterpowersthatbe. Whoever thought of mixing Juno and Saved with High School Musical should have racked their brains a bit harder. But at least they got all things straight before the season was over. I was truly worried.
So all's well that ends well. It really works for showbiz.
