Mizuki Towel = 525 yens; Hyoutei Towel = 420 yens; OshiGaku Keyholder = 157 yens
And I need more shelves for the doujinshi, I'm afraid...

BACK from Osaka, exhaused and sorearmed because of the inevitable Mandarake bags we had to carry from the hotel, but also happy because of the bounty we brought home. We have spent two days walking around the main shopping areas in Nanba and Umeda, and doing the usual manganime fan route: Animate, K-Books, Mandarake, Toy & Figure shop and Volks. I know there are more shops, but we just didn't have the time...or the third arm we needed to carry more stuff with us.

I bought around 90-100 doujinshi from all my favorite series. In total, my friend and I have come home carrying around 150 doujinshi or more. There were doujinshi I had't noticed before, from occidental movies such as The Boondock Saints, Troya, Matrix, Spiderman, Master & Commander AND The Monthy Python!!!! That one was bought by my friend XD There are things you'd never think you'd find, and there you are. Anyway, my doujinshi purchases were all from manganime, as usual (Eyeshield21, PoT, Hikago, Captain Tsubasa, Slam Dunk, Gundam Wing, HxH and Final Fantasy VIII).

We mostly bought doujinshi and merchandise, really, really cheap merchandise that they always have in several corners of Mandarake, waiting for someone to search through the pile to find the hidden treasure. And you can't really buy all you want to, not because of the price, but because of the weight! It can be frustrating, but then I remember that everything I get here, must go to Spain someday, and I become more careful. Or I try to...I really do.

Just a couple of pieces of merchandise and the covers of two new Rikkai crack doujinshi

I found the Deimon mug by chance in Umeda's Mandarake, and there was an Odissey for me to purchase it, since it was not tagged and nobody seemed to know how much it costed. Sorry, Spanish theme song for reference of the situation:

Una dependienta se balanceaba,
delante de la taza de Eyeshiiiiiieeeeld
como no sabía, que precio tenía,
fue a llamar a otra dependieeeenta,
dos dependientas...
Y así hasta 3 o 4.

In the end, they *learnt* it costed 525 yens. And so I bought it, of course. The White Knights notepad was 100 yens. Every page is like the cover. So I bought an item from each team. Details of the other side of the mug and the Ya-ha inside:

Slam Dunk very old merchandise:

HanaRu towel = 210 yens
Sendo and Miyagi plush keyholders = 105 yens each
Fukuda toy = 50 yens
Stickers = 52 yens

Kazuma Kodaka manga pai-pai (from Kizuna and Kusatta, 105 yens):

Regarding doujinshi, as usual, there were some with gorgeous covers, some others with crack pairings (I adore them! I got one thinking it was a Tezuka x Kikumaru, and it's an Inui x Tezuka, who is in Kikumaru's body. So messed up! The best: Oishi's and Kaido's reactions to it all), other from my favourite authors, like the last Satoumizu's doujinshi:

Gakuen Matsuri de TARUNDORU!!
In which Sanada has to cross-dress at least thrice and suffer the usual cruel jokes and humilliations from Yukimura and Niou.

But some of those I buy are because I cannot resist the unbelievable crack!cover. Like this one:

Tamaran Boys Reloaded (Rirodeddo)

In this doujinshi, among other things, every member of Rikkai is asked how they feel about Sanada's defeat against Ryoma. The best answer is, of course, Yukimura's: you get to see only the name label at his hospital door, the "..." when he is told, and then: "Sanada? Who's that? Was there such a guy in our team?!" Doujinshi!Yukimura is the worst of bastards.
