Lost vid rec and more stuff
So, got another vid rec. It's for Lost and centers around Charlie and Claire. The song is 'You're Beautiful' by James Blunt and the video is beautiful, IMO! The vidder is

I haven't really been into creating videos lately, unfortunately. I wonder if my vidding days are numbered? I just haven't really had the drive to create lately. Been spending a lot of time with my kids, getting things done around the house, working, and watching BtVS. Regarding the latter, Angel has just 'lost his soul' (I'm in s2) and it's disturbing! I just loved him good and now he's so completely evil. Although he is still hot. ;) I'm so curious to see where they take his story. On other notes, Willow and Oz are truly adorable. Spike is in the house and I can't wait to see how they flesh out his character. Xander is awesome.. I LOVE his humor. Oh, and I feel somewhat dense that I didn't recognize the actor who plays Giles (Anthony Stewart Head) is the same actor that plays Mr Finch in DW's School Reunion. Duh! I don't know how I could have missed that.
Speaking of Doctor Who, I'm really looking forward to this weekend's episode. Moffat is an excellent writer and 'Silence in the Library' looks very creepy. The mid-season trailer was full of awesome, with my favorite part being the Doctor's reaction to hearing that Rose is returning. "Yeah" and smiles. ;)
I did my good deed for the day, and gave my first car to my 19-year-old nephew. The thing runs great but it's not much to look at. He was so excited. I had a moment of nostalgia while seeing him test-driving it. It kinda made me sad in a way, but it was a good thing to pass it on to the needy boy. He needs a helping hand, after the 'joy' of being raised by my sister. Poor kid.
Is LJ still going wonky on me? I sure hope not.
