Damn you PF Changs!
I am quite dissappointed at the P.F. Changs at Easton.
Last march my brother and his wife (now ex) celebrated their wedding with immediate family on both sides at p.f. changs. We all had to give are orders ahead of time so they could have the whole groups food done at the same time. Well, after calling and asking if their "garlic noodles" was vegetarian/vegan friendly and contained no mushroom (Dylan is deathly allergic) we placed that as both me and Dylan's order.
Well, fast forward a year. I realllly liked those noodles. So naturally I look online today to try to find the recipe so I can make them at home. Only to discover it has oyster sauce, and chicken base in it. GRR.
I know I can easily sub those out without any real change to the dish, thats not the problem. It is just the fact that I spoke with someone who clearly understood me and my desire to know such information and they out right lied to me.
