While traveling in West Virgina a year ago, I encountered an unusual billboard.

The billboard was an ad for a Ford Fusion: "Sticks to the road like a positively charged electron!"

I was amused at Ford directing this ad at the local farming community -- and annoyed at the science. As similes go, this one's pretty silly.
