"Sometimes It's Not Quite Enough...If You're Flawless"

Alanis Morissette, I thank you for your gift of song and sharing it with the world. I remember growing up and hearing your tunes and messages on the radio. Of course I was not able to make much of your messages at that point and time. Today I have rediscovered your genius and have been basking myself in your brilliance and your music's resilience. It is by dint of your artistic dexterity that I am humbled at this very moment, feeling small and meek. Where do I come from? Where have I been? Where am I? Where am I going? A time of reflection. Good stuff.

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord. "Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart." -Jeremiah 29:11-13

My life finally seems to have some direction. A person very important to me has shown up again. His friendship means the world to me. The things he has been through has made him stronger than ever. I want him to know I will always be there for him.

Work at H&M is going extremely well. I love all my coworkers and my job. Yesterday was an exceptional day because I noticed that I am now almost on top of everything despite the busyness. :)

I thank the Lord for his many blessings and reminding me that I am not perfect. I am a work in progress, an eternal construction site. "Under construction," reads the sign on my forehead. I love life.
