This and That.
Happy Veteran's Day! I'm not sure if anyone on my f-list has been in the armed forces, but if not, hope you had a good holiday anyway.
Went to the mall with my mom and her fiance to shop and look at new phones. I have confirmed that I want the Droid Eris. It is so awesome. I've never had a touch phone before or even played with one and I love it. It's small enough and the Droid doesn't have that much more where I couldn't get by with the Eris. My goal is to get it before my birthday, but we'll see how my finances work out.
List of things to pay (ignore this, this is for my personal use and so I don't lose it in a file in my computer):
Nov. 6: Anthropology text book $80, car payment $25
Nov. 13: Bill $50, car payment $50
Nov. 20: Shoes $60-$70, car payment $50
Nov. 27: (Hopefully) Phone $100
Dec. 4: Bill $30, Disneyland expenses $?
Nanowrimo has crashed and burned. I think I'll still continue writing, just to see how far I can get on it, but it seems hopeless right now. I have less than 5,000 words, when I should have around 15,000 words.
I'm heading to an anthro lecture tomorrow, based on primate conservation. Good thing is that I can get extra credit in my class if I turn in a paper on it. Who knew getting points for this could be so easy? I also need to find some boots tomorrow on the way, since I failed today. It's supposed to rain tomorrow. With a show of hands: who actually thought it rained in Southern CA?
I'd like to apologize in advance for a post I'm going to make tomorrow. It's basically just bitching about the departure from the paper.
