Day 21: Crossing

This bridge I could see from my balcony.

But this time instead of just staring at it, I chose to walk across it.

Minami-tama bridge, deserted at around ten in the evening.

What I love about this city : taking a walk at half past midnight and not getting mugged. Also, stores that sell second-hand manga, CDs and games that are open 24 hours a day.

The long walks are to compensate for the lack of other physical activity as I've spent today sitting on the carpet with my back to the wall sipping tea while finishing Neal Stephenson's A Young Girl's Primer. And still not getting any writing done. Can't decide whether I should punctuate that with FML or MLIG.

But since I can't get tickets to the Ghibli Museum (tickets are sold out until October 4th), then it means I still have the next two days to get it done. But I also started on Cryptonomicon which is a behemoth of a novel.

I'll manage somehow *facepalms*
