My goodness, this actually made me angry. I yelled at it.

I'm sure it has been around for a long time, but I only just heard it - it's a recording made by this poor guy who is trying to get his Verizon bill corrected. 0.002 dollars does not equal 0.002 cents, people! Gah! Arg arg arg arg arg. The poor guy is trying to explain it over and over again...people aren't even listening to what they're saying themselves, let alone what he's saying. Frustrating.

Keep in mind that it's very long. Veeery long.

If it makes anyone feel better, he eventually got his money back, but as of mid-December, Verizon is still quoting 0.002 cents per kilobyte and charging 0.002 dollars per kilobyte. Gah.

Edit: Here's another great one, on 1 Vs. 100. The question is "To get 99 bottles of beer on the wall, how many 6-packs would you need? Less than 15, exactly 15, or more than 15?". My favourite part of that one is when she said "Well, I don't drink beer, but...". Aie! I'm hoping it's because she was nervous about being on a gameshow, and so she was seeing a trick question in it.
