Wedding update...
Thing 1: Bridesmaid dresses have FINALLY been chosen. The pattern is actually going to be a combo of two patterns. This one is for the straps, I think the fancy criss-cross on the back makes it look quite elegant, although makes the bra thing potentially complicated. This one is for the rest of the dress, floor length. I don't want it to be too poofy, but I don't want it hanging too straight as well. So there. And the colour will be "violetta", according to the label on the bolt. Medium mauvey purpley in there somewhere.
The florist has received her deposit, we now officially have a florist.
The honeymoon still isn't decided, we've narrowed it down to a couple. I think we should talk to the travel agent to help us make a decision...the sooner we do, the cheaper we get it for. That is to say, the cheaper my sister gets it for. I love my sister.
We've started registering at The Bay. By no means a complete list, and I'm feeling bad because pretty much all of it is over $100. We didn't have too much time when we went the first time, so we weren't able to be that thorough...next time we'll hit the towels, linens, baking stuff, kitchen toys, things like that. I'm looking forward to having matching utensils.
Things to do soon:
Opinions: What colour shoes should my bridesmaids wear? Someone has suggested silver, although I'm not too keen on it...I was thinking white. Think purpley mauvey for the dress. I was thinking about the dying option, but I'd like for their stuff to be reusable, and the only thing purple shoes would be reusable for is their purple dress. I guess I'll have to ask them about it.

- Remember to have J's dad send us the important paperwork. Not urgent, but he brought it up the other day, so we have to remind him.
Decide whether we want to go with the string trio we've heard lots about. They're free for our date (at least, they were), not horribly priced, and come highly recommended.
Set up a tasting with the Holiday Inn.
Invite wording, start looking at designs.
Start thinking about: rehearsal location, centrepieces, favours.
