Haaaappy Anniversary! (To me and Mark, haha!)
Well, today is my anniversary, so I only have a moment to make this entry and then I have to get my butt in the shower. We're going to the zoo together. :) I can't believe I've been married for three years! Mark gave me this GORGEOUS Waterford Crystal frame with one of our wedding photos in it. It's sooo pretty. I'm having kind of a bitch of a time finding his present, and I'm totally ashamed I don't have it yet, but it's proving more difficult than I anticipated, as I spend most of my waking hours in BFE. :/
Anyway... yesterday I made an interesting discovery. Ziggy is TERRIFIED of cows. We went on a trail ride with Kayla and her horse Mercedes (young girl at the barn) and we were going past some cows, and Kayla half jokingly mooed at them, and Zig was totally like, "WTF is that??!!" Ears pricked, totally tense. Well, then the cows CHARGED the fence and he went, "I'm outta here." and started galloping down the road. Scared the piss out of me, but I just sat back and brought him back down. He wasn't totally out of control or anything, and I never felt like I was going to fall off. (A small part of me actually thought it was a little fun, but I was worried he might hurt himself on the hard (but dirt) road, or slip in his shoes) Afterwards I was laughing like crazy, and Zig was like, (dorky Zig voice) "I'm sorry mom, but those things were SCARY!" He's so cute. I love my boy. Ariesa is doing well, too. Wonder what she would think of cows? The show is Wednesday, so I'm starting to get nervous, but I'm sure she'll be fine. =^_^=
