I suck...
Okay, I'm sooooo totally far behind in this, as this is my first post of this year and it's already half over. Quick update, Domino is goooone. I have a new horse, got him last Friday. His name is Ziggy Stardust (how totally kewl is that??), he is an 18 year old TB, bay, left hind white ankle, 16.3H, has been shown dressage through 3rd level and trained through 4th level and he is a total DOLL. One of Carol's clients was selling him as she doesn't have time to ride anymore because of her daughter's pony club and eventing. So, her loss is my gain. He is a total sweetheart and I've ridden him four times now, and each time has been better. My week trial ends tomorrow, but I already called his owner today and told her I am in LOVE. He is soooo awesome. He absolutely loves his horsey cookies and being scratched and brushed and ridden.
Anyway.. am 30 now.. kinda sucks, but I'm numb to it. On that note:
I am having a birthday party at my house on June 25th and am lacking some email addresses of people who I would like to invite. (Mark is organizing it, but he told me to make sure that everyone gets invited) So, if you haven't gotten an invite and would like to, then let me know so that I can get you all the info. Starts at 3pm, goes until whenever. Bring a friend or two or three. Drop me a line at tlc@markl.com or Mark at mlarson@markl.com so that you can get directions and what not if you would like to come on out and hang. I know it's the middle of nowhere, but COME ON, I just turned 30, I need all the support I can get. ;) (Zig does take the sting out of the new decade thing, though. =^_^= )
Uhm... other than that... well, that's about it. Have to go to my mom's now to get my wallet which I forgot last night. Smooches to everyone reading this.
