It has been a ridiculous amount of time since my last update. To make my excuses as to my absence, this last semester has been outrageously packed. With 16 credit hours, a ton of homework (including at least eight separate papers a week), work and travel to see my now physically distant best friend and boyfriend, I have been a very busy girl.

But I do have some GREAT news that I wanted to share with you all!

My future is looking brighter and brighter each day. With my last semester of college on the horizon, I will be working my way to the finish and to join the AdWords team at Google in Ann Arbor! I'm so ridiculously excited!

1. I get to work for Google, how cool is that!?
2. I have a job offer before I graduate college which was my ultimate goal coming into college.
3. Since my office is approximately 20 miles away from Bruno's office, he and I will be moving in together beginning this August!

After all these years of hard work and putting a lot of money into schooling, it's paying off!

Bruno and I are initially looking to move to the Plymouth, Mich. area and are looking into new, modern town homes or renting a condo. There is a chance that we might buy a house while the market is on our side, but I don't think we exactly know what to do with a house, (i.e., fixing plumbing, cleaning gutters, mowing the lawn) nor are we sure that we are really ready to drop thousands upon thousands of dollars on appliances and furniture for so many rooms!

Chances are, we'll find a nice condo that we can rent, furnish the smaller rooms that come with it and then move our way up two or three years later. Maybe I'll take the chances when something breaks to try and fix it myself before calling the landlord so I can learn, haha!

I usually hate the beginning of a new semester but this time, I can't wait. The sooner it starts, the sooner it's over and I get to begin my big girl life!

Plus, looking forward to my graduation gift, a trip to Cancun, is also a major reason in wanting to begin the new semester.

Bring it on!
