Plan for Day 2.

EAT breakfast.
Get ready for the day.
Bike to work.
Go apple picking and EAT cider donut and apple cider and apples (and love every minute of it).
EAT lunch.
Bike to DBT.
Bike home.
EAT dinner.
Shower (WITHOUT purging).
Go to bed.

It's difficult to decide...do I shower when I first get home from biking and then eat, or vice versa? I like to eat first because it's already like 8pm...but then if I shower after I eat I'm more likely going to be triggered to purge. But I hate eating right before bed too...decisions, decisions.

Once again, bingeing, purging, restricting, and cutting are not an option today.
