The National Blood Service regulations for donation permanently disqualify men who have ever had sex with men, and women who in the last 12 months have slept with a man who has ever slept with a man.

Have you considered bone marrow donation though? They do not have such a rule for that. I have looked into it but was told I could not, due to brane meds, but you could qualify for that.
