Yep, unblacklisted it from Tumblr Savior the other night. I guess other things can be spoiled, but in comparison to Parks nothing matters. Life is pointless, etc.
Parkscon was a tremendous success, and I am so proud to have helped to put it together. My feelings post is still forthcoming, but suffice it to say for now that I was absolutely blown away by how awesome everyone was. There was zero drama and zero moments when I wasn't smiling my face off. I honestly think the Parkscon feels are going to propel me through the rest of the year. If I did this, I can do anything.
I am especially happy that beanyb and sullen_aquarian were part of Team Emily and I had a blast carting them around to places and also just sitting around and chatting.
I can't believe it really happened. I can't believe it's over. But Parkscon 2016 has already been called by the NEPG, so GET READY FOR BOSTON and I HOPE TO SEE ALL OF YOU THEN.
I really hope this is something we do throughout our lives. My father-in-law has a reunion with his Air Force pals every year at a rotating location, and I love that. I hope this is our Air Force reunion.
I was SO happy to see/meet so many of you this weekend -- ParksCon 2015 was a rOUSING success. The GLPG were so impressed with everyone: you were all just the wonderful exotic land doves we expected you to be. Literally, amazing. #teamamber (stars_inthe_sky, scullyseviltwin, & whimsical_irony) was amazing, I'm so happy we got to spend all of this time hanging out in my tiny apartment. And then last_empress hung out with us a bunch and introduced us to her friend
( ... )
My library just got access to Lynda.com and I was super hoping they would have coding/billing stuff, but alas, no. However, I definitely recommend getting some books on it from CPL. You have a library card, right? RIGHT?
There's also a course through AHIMA that one of my friends did (I proctored her exams for her) but it does cost money, so I'm not sure if that's something you'd want to do.
I'm sorry your coworkers are idiots and I love you. And I'm excited for you to see your mom! Take pictures in the filaments! I am so sad the filaments are leaving.
this has been the most fun and most emotionally draining week of my life, tbh! thank you parks! thank you parkscon! it was incredible! i can't believe it's gone. i'm watching the producer's cut to swallow the sadness.

SERIOUSLY, I LOVE YOU SO MUCH.

There are all sort of crossover things (websites, mostly), I'm just more wondering about the theory of it.
I WILL TAKE FILAMENT PICTURES witn my mom. I have a video of me and my cousin in it, but it's too big to send.
