My fun not-quite-date date
I had a lovely evening last night :) I went out with Rachel (one of Kats friends) to the first female oriented movie of Glamfest. There are 7 movies in all spread over 3 days with half catering for women and half for men. For those who have no clue what I'm on about Glamfest is a movie festival put on by GayinWA for the GLBT community. The movie (called Coming out at the wedding) was a suprisingly funny comedy of errors, full of confusion and double entendres. I believe that some of the leads were poorly cast, but it was good movie overall. We had dinner before hand at the Seven Seas on Beaufort st. I had a lovely vegetable stack and some yummy bread. Oh and Appletinis!! I'm totaly with JD (from Scrubs) on the coolness of those drinks. All appley and cinnamoney... *drools*..... Then we finished our meal with gelare icecream :)
