So, because sometimes I hold myself accountable, here's what I did today:

• wrote a bunch of words and achieved and then past the day 8 goal!
• did laundry
• went into the office to check on the status of the flood (result: "lather, rinse, repeat". Nuff said on this blog)
• went downtown to meet up with some of the original (i.e., 2004) Vancouver Wrimos with ( Read more... )

I got no writing done yesterday because (a) I worked, and (b) we went to the football game in the evening. So this morning, when I was trying (and failing) to get through to the Olympics 2010 ticketing site to see about tickets for the Opening Ceremonies, I did some writing, and now I'm on track for the day 7 goal!

It's a good thing there are five weekends in November this year. (FIVE WEEKENDS! Awesome!) Because I'm unlikely to be able to be write at all (or attend kickoff - argh!) on the first one.
