UPDATE!!! I AM FREE!!!! FREEEEEEEEE. The meter guy came already and was literally here for not more than 3 minutes, and spent about 30 seconds of that actually looking at the meter.  So now, after I finish up this cover letter and send off this resume, I'll be booking it out to Target to find Eric a bag to take his lunch in.
