I put in my two week notice at work today.
My last day will be August 13th.
On August 14th I will pack my car and bid fare-thee-well to the sunshine state.
Then the adventure begins.
Interstates and highways will blend together. An entire nation will disappear beneath my tires. Dotted and solid lines will expand to create my own yellow brick road.
I'm trading the wizard a home and friends with more than 20 years of history in exchange for adventure and a new life in Seattle.
The butterflies in my stomach let me know I'm already free-falling - so watch me dive!
I don't know what is waiting for me on the other coast. I've a patchwork quilt of stories and ideas: giant trees, green ferns, artists, coffee, rain, sea and skyscrapers, foodies and techies, a jumble of nature and concrete...
