Request to INTJs

My INTJ sister has two sons, one is an INTJ and one is an ESFP (yes, complete opposites from each other). I was talking to her about the MBTI types in our family and commenting on how it's kind of neat watching an INTJ raising an INTJ, since that doesn't happen much and I recall some INTJs I've spoken to having had some issues growing up with their parents due to MBTI-related conflicts/lack of understanding.

I had trouble recalling much of the details though. She was saying how she would be interested to hear more. Especially because she finds that when around others, such as extended family, it's odd for her because her INTJ son often seems treated as unusual and hard to understand and her ESFP son seems to be better accepted. Whereas she finds her INTJ son so easy to understand, and she sometimes has trouble with her ESFP son (althoguh to her credit, she is actively trying to understand him and support him for who he is, which I really am glad about, it's just harder for her because she has less in common).

Anyhow, if any INTJs would like to volunteer comments about growing up INTJ that I can pass on that might be useful. I'm hoping if I can pass on more details, it may help her better smooth some of those interactions. Help bridge the INTJ - ES gulf that I think is what she is seeing. For reference, he's just barely a teenager. For that matter, if any ESFPs want to comment, that's good too - the ESFP is several years younger. Although the odds of me knowing any ESFPs raised by an INTJ parent seem slim. The father is an SP, so it's not like he's a huge outlier in his family.

On a side note, the family I was raised in, to the best of my knowledge was INTP-ESTJ (my parents) then siblings: INTJ, INTJ, INTP, ESTP - then me INFJ. Every temperment is present at least once, but only once except for NT, which is there 4 times. I was the only F. There are only two Es and two Ss. On another note, all of the Ps are male. All of the Js are female. It was not very representative of the larger US society.
