::Snerks:: Here I have been mad crafting like crazy. I'm very happy with the results of many of these single strand necklaces I have created. I will probably have to go to Hobby Lobby Tuesday when I don't have classes and nab some finishing supplies.
I have just made myself busy poking around for the local online classifieds so I could post notice in the appropriate areas. I had heard a while back of a great site to do so, through the radio station 106.7 The End. It was insideneworleans.com and I made use of it! Well, I went today to make use of it.
Imagine my surprise when Cox Communication's website popped up instead. I was like... wtf? So I did a search for it, and checked the FAQ. Apparently, as they claim, they got rid of the classifieds and lots of other things due to 'customer feedback'. They continued to say that the previous owners of the site that handled those good things they got rid of, were no longer in business, hence another reason they got rid of it. I think that's a bit stupid. I figure that they probably bought the company out so they could have that domain name after there had been advertising on the radio. Pffft.
So I went poking around and found a new classifieds that is almost like the old one, and ta-da! So I went plugity plug plug.
This is the website:
NewOrleansAds.com I posted the following ad(roughly) in the appropriate places!
